Industrial Graduate Trainee program is a 24 months + 24 months program consisting of 4 assignments (1 international) in first 2 yrs and followed by a 2-yrs on jo training in industrial management positions. In addition to the enhancement of the knowledge and practice in technology and process, the candidates will further accumulate the precious experience in line management and leadership.
