Accountabilities

-  To be responsible for daily operation process, i.e. Customer order arrangement, bonded warehouse gate-in and gate-out operations, Prepare import/export Customs Declaration & CIQ documents, Transportation order arrangement, System input, Documents filing, etc;

负责日常操作工作，例如：客户订单处理、保税仓库入出库操作、准备进出口报关&报检文件、运输订单处理、系统录入、文件归档等
- In compliance with SOP to ensure the quality service delivery to meet customer’s requirements;

遵从SOP指示，确保提供高质量服务来满足客户需求
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

-CET-4 or above, good command of both oral and written English

英语4级或以上，良好的英语说写能力

-Good knowledge in Microsoft applications

熟悉Office软件操作
-Good interpersonal communication skills，good service consciousness and team-work spirit
良好的人际沟通能力，良好的服务意识，具有团队合作精神
