本岗位作为MES工程师储备人员，毕业前在部门进行实习工作，毕业后转正。

岗位职责：

1.本地工厂MES系统组建
作为本地工厂的主导人员与海拉全球MES小组一起组建MES系统。
协调本地工厂内部资源（工艺、生产、IT、维护）组建MES系统。

2.本地工厂MES系统日常维护及数据记录
维护MES系统的日常运转。与海拉全球MES小组联系，解决MES出现的突发问题。

作为MES系统的key user, 维护MES系统的数据模块。
