Industrial Graduate Trainee program is a 24 months + 24 months program consisting of 4 assignments (1 international) in first 2 yrs and followed by a 2-yrs on jo training in industrial management positions. In addition to the enhancement of the knowledge and practice in technology and process, the candidates will further accumulate the precious experience in line management and leadership.

Cultivation mode 培养方式

Industrial trainee will rotate in different positions of different LDC platforms (oilseeds, juice and sugar platform). The trainees will be trained to obtain systematic knowledge of each positions, giving employees a broader understanding of the business allowing them to be better prepared to be promoted to management.

工业培训生将在公司下属的油脂平台、果汁平台、精炼糖平台等地轮岗工作，通过系统性地学习工厂生产经营中各个部门和环节的知识，初步具备成为未来工厂管理人员的能力。
