I. Field Service Engineer 服务工程师（北京/天津）

1.）Qualifications

1. 机电类大专以上学历

2. 良好的中英文能力

1.  Work location

Beijing, Shanghai and other locations in China

2.   Responsibilities/Tasks:

1.在工厂工作或到全国各地的不同地点安装，维护，排除故障和修理机械设备和项目

2. 装配、安装、测试和校准设备，确保其正常工作，符合法规和安全要求

3.为客户提供技术咨询、电话反馈和现场服务

确保车间和设备的运行符合相关行业和质量标准

4.使现场服务主管及时了解车间或现场的进度、问题、延误等情况。

5.确保所有的工作都能通过适当的文件实施，包括质量记录，工作过程记录和备件的登记和登记

6.在工厂或钻井现场进行调试/启动活动

7.遵守公司关于技术文件和图纸的保密协议

8.充分了解NOV的产品、功能和局限性，能够开发出满足客户需求的服务产品

Inside sales representative (Beijing)

Key Activities

Take charge of inside sales job including but not limited to preparing sales quotes, contracts, processing and following up orders, liaising with operations support team and manufacturing to get updated order status.

Arranging deliveries; preparing shipping documents and payment supporting documents under specific contract to customer.

Following up payment from customer and keep record.

Doing necessary reports like forecast or revenue sheet for periodically to manager.

Ensuring compliance of the Company’s Business Ethics policies.

Ensuring compliance of the Company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policies.

To perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time within capabilities.

Requirements

Education: University Degree or equivalent, Major in International Trade, Finance, Business Administration are preferred;

Knowledge: Have basic knowledge and understanding for international trade, L/C, shipping, logistic, custom clearance; INCO terms, contract law, finance, business administration; Basic knowledge of mechanical product.

Competencies:

Analytical and creative; Good oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English; Initiative and team work spirits; skillfully use Microsoft Office and MRP system.

Strategic procurement Specialist (Tianjin)

Position Overview

The position develops international supplier relationships with the objective of driving cost reduction and service improvement. Reporting into the Director of Supply Chain Operations with dotted line responsibility to the Director of Manufacturing for Eastern Hemisphere, this position will be heavily focused on Asian markets.

Key Activities

Participate on cross functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and pre qualify suppliers for targeted components

Work with manufacturing, Engineering, QA, and regional procurement teams to ensure successful delivery in compliance with Downhole requirements

Overall responsibility for supplier selection, procurement and on time delivery directly related to assigned products

Develop and maintain long term supplier relationships

Prepare and issue RFP (request for proposal), analyze bids, and negotiate supplier contracts

Negotiate INCO terms with freight forwarder to achieve lowest total landed cost

Communicate information on trends in emerging global markets for key commodities

Identify, measure, and consolidate cost savings and supplier performance metrics and roll up for reporting to senior management

Helps QA and Engineering provide process and technical guidance to our suppliers.

Requirement

Knowledge: Knowledge of culture and business practices in the Far East

Competencies:  Ability to read and translate drawings, material specifications, purchasing documents , and other information necessary to conduct business in Asia
